To be clear..I know there will be a Specialized DH being sold soon..I meant between Crestline/Yeti/Frameworks Dh bikes..There is a old saying, Win on Sunday sell on Monday. Only Frameworks can make MONEY on that. I just looked at Crestline website..They have NO bikes to sell, AT ALL. DH bike is sold out (As it has been for 2? years). Even their Ebike frame is sold out with delivery in the spring with pre-order. Super limited units too..as always. I just don't get it..If they were gonna open it up and sell 4 times as many ebikes that are awesome...

Yep, plus unless he's planning to make team cuts, he is also providing bikes for 2 other riders. So I'd wonder what happens to Gavin and Mikey if Gwin makes a change. Just follow him somewhere? Stay with CL on an even smaller program? Or would CL DH be done and they basically become an ebike brand with or without Gwin's ownership... Just hard to ignore the bias of how much people would want Gwin and Dak to create a FW dream squad. But I can't imagine it's practical/possible.

How many DH bikes do you have to sell for the UCI to deem it a production bike? Do you just have to have a frame for sale? Specialized didn't ride a production bike for 3 years, does the UCI even enforce the rule?

The issue is potentially see is that if I recall correctly, Troydon mentioned the DH bikes were a limited run.. Is there enough of a demand to go fire up a full production run? Where as the ebikes are probably a better option sales wise. I guess we'll see soon.. But, Crestline is still listed on the Gwin Racing IG...

Exactly. I live in a place where there are no uplifts and having a DH bike with a motor and battery would be the greatest thing. A massive plus if you could just remove the battery (so it’s allowed on an airplane) and race it with the motor in it, wouldn’t have to buy weights that way hehe

Tippie was in NWA quite a bit over the last couple of years as part of YT events. Everything said on that writeup is true. He's unflagging in his positivity and stoke. He includes everyone and interact with everyone from the kookiest kid to the most seasoned pro. He's almost uncomfortably positive and full of stoke at times, but a brand really couldn't ask for a better ambassador. I hope he lands somewhere. Dude is a legend, and his story of climbing out of the dark depths of addiction is inspirational.

So much hatred towards BK. I don't understand it. He does a lot for the sport, and his private relationships – which are discussed a lot here, and where everyone is entitled to their opinion, just like with sausage, politics and art – shouldn't really matter. He does more for the sport than all the keyboard warriors here in the forum.

Yeah, BK Sport Factory Racing aka PFR will likely need to get a fast elite rider who can score some points. Jenna hasn't done much in the last 3 years and having a fast elite women on your team is a sure bet to consistently score points. I'm guessing adding another female won't work given the team dynamic but is there an enduro team still? If not, that would free up some budget to get a fast elite male. I'm betting on Laurie Greenland, he lives in the UK so cheaper for BK vs a North American rider that costs...

I like bulldog, awesome rider and his comeback was inspiring. With that said, he has openly criticized multiple bike brands that he has ridden for. If I was a marketing manager for a bike company I would be reluctant to sign him with worries he would bash the bikes, calling them trash etc.
