The average rider does care about efficiency, most just don't know how to articulate it. They talk about the bike feeling slow, or that they're working really hard on climbs, and making improvements to how efficient the bike is (mostly by going to faster rolling, lighter weight tires since most are on traditional drivetrains) makes a huge difference to their ride experience. Can't forget the average rider isn't smashing wheels and ripping off derailleurs all the time, and shouldn't build their bikes up like a lot of us do.

Agreed that the Shockcraft Bomber CR kit is more plug and play if you are in the spring rate range (300#-500#). In general terms the feel is more controlled and muted compared to the FF kit. Still very sensitive, but just less "free" feeling. Possibly the result of it being fully checked where the FF kit still has a bleed. The Fluid Focus kit includes a range of compression and rebound tunes, and is great if you want to experiment with tuning and open the shock up multiple times. No, I've already seen a NZ programmed Avinox gen 1 in person and it absolutely is dangerous. Going over 50km/h without proper helmet and protective gear, which is what that bike was doing, is genuinely dangerous to the rider as well as the other trail users they will encounter. It already is problematic. Semi-Relevantly to this discussion; a mother in California is facing jail time for purchasing her son a Surron after he ran into an 81 year old and sent them to critical care. I believe she is facing up to 8 years in jail. Like I said previously...

The PUSH "speed service" is simply a lower (or upper😀) leg service, it has nothing to do with the damper. While it's nice to be able to change the bath oil without dropping the legs, I clean the entire leg out when doing a lower service anyway. Injecting clean oil into a dirty fork seems counterintuitive. If you ride in wet conditions it can get nasty in there pretty quickly. The best feature of the PUSH 9.1 speed service oil ports is that you can assemble the fork "dry" and then add bath lube after it's fully together.

If anyone doesnt understand this bike I dont blame him, neither did I. But after spending few days in a Sud Tyrol town, through which runs a long distance cycle path that connects Northern Italy and Germany my perception changed big time: I only used said cycle path to link different trails for few km at the time but I'd encounter hundreds of elder people riding such bikes.
