I was under the impression that after a while most E13 hubs have a disnengaging /disintegrating ratchet system.

I can't remember seeing any pictures of them elsewhere, but Yoshi's new pedals are briefly visible in vitals insta story featuring someone with flowing locks and towering stack.

Steel for the teeth, carbon for the spider, aluminum for the direct mount attachment. $149. I wonder if you could reduce the eventual cost of replacement by making just the wear portion of the chainring replaceable, and integrating the spider into the crankarm since the spider doesn't experience any wear.... no, that's too ludicrous to consider. (I'm sure it's a very nice chainring. Just funny how we end up engineering ourselves almost all the way back to older concepts.)

So many comments recently with people being overly pedantic about reach numbers. (Not just here). 10mm is literally nothing. Swap a 50mm and 40mm stem , get narrower or wider bars, try a different back sweep. Get thinner or thicker grips, bar roll stem spacers, adjust your cleat position etc. H ell, the hand position difference between single collar lock...

And if we loop in 50 posts about how much strain our fingers will endure with Lewis' brake levers, we'll have come full circle. My damper is dampening with excitement.

I will counter your video with... Majority of enduro riders in the USA are moving to ebikes because they are overweight and out of shape. Those riders also probably have a moto background. So firm brakes on a bike aren't big deal compared to riding moto. They are also trying to stop a 50 pound bike and 200 - 240 pounds man. SRAM made an ebike brake and sold it as a DH brake. No one rides DH... SRAM doesn't make parts for the guy who rides 100 days or 200 days a year. They make parts for the guy...
