There is a huge amount of CNC machine work in Taiwan/China. It's also possible to have complex items as part of larger orders. Not everything has to be done in the USA. I don't have a full steerer, it's similar to the intend fork with a nub sitting into the bearing and a bolt through to preload

35 lb's with the dual chain setup is quite impressive IMO, just wonder where the weight savings came from? Hopefully, we don't see another Bernard Kerr Hardline type of incident lol.

More Minnaar love with this short-but-sweet career highlight reel. You could argue it feels bit strange that it should be Norco putting this together after so much history with the Syndicate, but also appropriate since Norco is the one providing a landing spot for Greg for the next step in his career as he goes onto to head up their racing program in 2025. We're stoked for what's to come too!

If you really want one ASAP here's a 48mm option: https://industrie-t.com/produkt/gb1-f48/ They're not cheap, but at least they're in stock. I think Mojo stopped making the MORCs so those may not be an option anymore.
