As much as I am a Dak fan, I'll agree with you that missing half a season due to an off season, off the bike injury isn't a positive thing in the eyes of a sponsor. It wouldn't surprise me if he ends up on a US based team with a focus on the US series that seems to be moving in the right direction. As for injuries, I wonder what some of the injury clauses look like in these contacts?

I hope where ever he ends up it’s somewhere good, he is always the top of my list of guys I want to see win the race, intense would be a good outcome - he talks openly about how much he enjoyed that bike.

If enough high profile riders can't get a factory ride on a world cup team hopefully the pool of elite riders entering Crankworx will expand to make a more entertaining series and then fans end up with two exciting competitions to follow. If Danny hart and bernard kerr and Reece wilson were riding I'd definitely watch crankworx regularly. Those guys are never again stepping on a world cup podium with the new generation of riders that are comin through. Its possible The top ten next year could consist of entirely under 23s .

I wouldn't read to much into it , he probably has just had enough. He's been on the circuit a long time and had some pretty big injuries and maybe he just wants a change . What ever happens this season is imagine PFR will be racing next year on wildcards at least . People seem to have taken against BK recently , can't think why 😁
