As someone whose fairly small company just got acquired by a big one, I can tell you that previous owners and leadership who were involved from day 1 have a very difficult time suddenly reporting to someone, especially a corporation. They lose control that they probably didn't even consciously consider that they had before they sold out. The obvious response is "what'd you expect...", but with all the corporate promises they were likely fed beforehand there'll pretty likely be some bitterness there. If it's been 6 years, it's pretty impressive that it took this long.

Transition just posted that its Relay e-bike is almost ready to be completely unveiled, with availability scheduled for March.
