New Ergon grips on Richie's bike? They look pretty thick.

He definitely said he was on a small in most recent vid on the new bike. Started medium then I presume sized down again to match old bike more closely since his old Large was like 447mm reach after his mods. Seems to have given up for now and gone back.

In his vid he couldn't get the new shock to feel like the old one on the new bike, also the bike sizing changes has him running a small,

Internal routing was also a terrible idea, but that didn't stop the industry from adopting it. Unfortunately, wide spread adoption of bad ideas seems the norm now.

Tell me why you think headset cable routing is a good idea, so I can tell you why you're not only wrong but also a bad person.

yeah i asked about that.. going to have aftermarket talk to some service centers and see how much of an issue this is. The HBO bodies are going to be tough- the HBO needle is pressed in and it's not easy (ie you couldn't do it with a vice and some janky socket setup).

OK- working on getting you guys sorted. Should eventually be able to order the travel-changing parts individually: -HBO 'Posts'- there are 6 or 7 different ones and a 'decoder' that tells you which one goes on what stroke shock -BLANK shafts with no sag graphics so you can stock less shafts -Plastic travel reducer discs (2.5, 5, 7.5 thicknesses) What else do you need?

They say "Even if this is only the beginning, it has allowed us to confirm new kinematics and geometry principles." I have overlapped a 2022 over the new prototype for geometry comparison (scaled up with the front wheel). The wheels are lined up on the ground and BB set at the same spot horizontally. Assuming it's the same size, the new one looks : WB is way shorter BB slightly higher 29" wheels F/R Chainstay length is shorter HA is 64.0 (+/- 0.05 degrees) from what I found out in Photoshop. STA seems pretty much identical as the 2022...

Kind of whack that Myriam was allowed to race at all in Lourdes given what she's posted. So much for a UCI 'concussion protocol'. There needs to be independent assessment of baselines and concussions, otherwise team docs and riders are just going to push for an immediate return and end up hurting themselves even more.

It's so interesting the Pike has gone from a 160 fork to a 120 fork over the years, while the fuel ex has gone from a 110ish bike to the a 150 bike 😂
