That’s some good mathing Robot! I was there a total of 13 years across two separate stints of 5 and 8 years. It’s a long fucking time to do anything! My wife landed her dream job which required a relocation to Nashville. I’m enjoying some time as a stay at home dog dad and slowly figuring out what’s next!

MX rotors for your XC bike from Magura: --------------------------------------------------------- Bad Urach, April 1, 2026 – Reliable braking power for the new wheel sizes in the cycling industry: With the new MDR-S rotor in a 260 mm diameter, MAGURA responds to the clear trend toward ever larger wheel sizes such as 32 inches, which offer improved rollover behavior and increased traction on the trail. The scene agrees: 32 inches are coming, and in some segments, this trend is unstoppable—even for MAGURA. As a brake specialist, MAGURA has repeatedly set milestones in the cycling industry over the past decades—from the introduction of...

Other than the engagement feel, really can't a difference between both when it comes to descending. They both mitigate pedal kickback and let your suspension work more freely. If you have a DEG hub then get the DF kit. If you are in the market for a new wheelset with DEG DF then Reserve wheels is a killer cost effective option. If you already have a solid wheelset then get OChain. Also if you like to run a smaller <30T chain ring on a big heavy enduro bike then DT/e13 sidekick are really the only options. Lastly, servicing OChain is...

I have it in a few bikes. I WORK AT DT SWISS. I have not ridden o-chain. I live in Western Colorado and basically ride in the 10 degree setting all the time. When I go to the bike park, then I swap to the 20. On my e-bike, it is always in the 10 setting. On my PNW trip last year I swapped depending on where I would ride. Around here, trying the 20 degree at our techy trails, you do get a bit of a thud when riding technical terrain on the analog bike. I haven't noticed that...

Going from this instagram post - https://www.instagram.com/reel/DUWtTSCko0O/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link… I'd say its a desert titanium iPhone 16 Pro Max. I'd agree its a Pro Max and not a standard Pro given the percentage of the rear that the camera bump takes up (see https://img-prd-pim.poorvika.com/cdn-cgi/image/width=500,height=500,qua…) Also appears to be using an Apple clear case given the MagSafe ring.

Unfortunately I'm an idiot, so I'll answer your question even if it is sarcastic. I found a known value that's easy to measure, the rear brake rotor. I set it to 203mm (as mentioned in a bike check from my memory) 16.2cm = 6.377 inch, rounded up however the app used rounds things and also not a perfect angle. Closest match for phone size would be a Iphone 16/17 pro max at 16.3 cm or a google pixel 9/10 at 6.3 inches. I'm going to go with the iphone 16/17 pro max. I should touch grass. I'm also either going...

The Trek Fuel MX has been a great trail bike for me. Vanilla Core simple with good numbers, part spec and respectable price. Does everything well and nothing terribly. It seems like a bike that you could be happy with anywhere.

I'm here to defend (good) trail associations. I was the first Executive Director of Evergreen MTB Alliance in WA State in the early 00's and then on the exec committee of the board for another 10 years. We (both paid crews and volunteers) built tons of tech trails, and yeah a lot of flow trails and jump lines for the masses. I think a good balance between the styles. Behind the scenes we fought HARD to keep open the unsanctioned areas - areas I rode and may or may not have spent countless hours digging at Smile That fight wasn't...

This is what companies want. You need a new bike bag, a higher price train ticket, a new car, and a new house for your new 32” bike. The Consumerism dream.

It's 100% being shown in April/ May time frame. My dealer told me that I'd only be able to get one around August and even then in the highest build kits. It's also 170/ 180. I choose to order a new Wild with a Bosch CXR because it suits my needs fine, I'll have it in < 3 weeks, and the price was actually pretty bonkers (good). Also, apparently Bosch is going to match Avinox power levels soon but that's not something that I care about personally. Keeping an e-bike running long term is a real thing and Avinox right...

It's perfectly OK having shitload of snowmobile trails in that area (and I've seen dirt bikes on them in summer, too), but MTBs are the danger zone.
