It depends on the size of the frame for clearance, with 27.5 wheels it will definitely clear with a 65mm shock. On my XM I didnt feel it was worth it as at bottom out my seat just grazes the tire with the 60mm shock and 29s. If it wanted a more dh oriented bike with more travel I would have just bought a HD6...

I have the Fox pads and really like them. I have a bad habit of not wearing knee pads then falling only when I dont where them. The Fox Enduro are comfortable enough that I actually wear them every ride and slim enough to wear under riding pants. Fortunately I have yet to fall since I got them 3 months ago but feel I would be protected if I did. I have washed them multiple times and they still look like new. At first they were super tight on the upper thigh and it seemed too much but they dont...

how are you finding the coil on the V3? Good bottom out support or do you run a firmer spring?
