9/15/2026 3:40pm We have the Hebron Harvest Fair next week. 120k+ people over a few days to my little town of 9,300ish. ( I was born in Knoxville but it was my dad that played the banjo 😆 )

9/15/2026 3:38pm I installed hardwired Di2 on to my Bosch Wild with 11 speed Linkglide. I removed a SRAM 11 speed so the weight gain was significant which in my head bummed me out, although it's the exact same weight as GX T-Type. Imagine my surprise when not only was the gear spread much nicer, not only did I gain a lot of functionality, not only does the Linkglide shift positively and amazing (95% as smooth as T-type, but faster), not only did my running cost go way down and my relaibility went way up, but shockingly my rear suspension instantly got...

9/13/2026 8:29pm Congrats to all! Good to see some DH back here in the Rockies! Durango worlds 2030 will be off the hook! Would like to see who ran what tires. When things get that loose around here, Maxxis Shorty's. But that's kind of approaching the extreme loosey goosey of dry setup. Which that looked like from vids on Friday. Soo....Plus no rain? I can imagine trying to find the grip.... Well done everyone!

9/13/2026 8:29pm The vibez were off the charts in the chute. Photos/videos don’t even do it justice. I hope the racers had a good time cuz we sure did in the crowd. Bummed we don’t have any masters bros, Moi Moi, etc content tho

9/13/2026 2:57am Race was super fun as a spectator. Kids had a great time. May not be the best track but some more Rocky Mountain/West coast races where you get to see top riders is awesome. Good vibes in the woods.

9/3/2026 6:32pm RE: Beyond Gravity This is fucking sick in several ways. While chasing money isn't any of the riders top priority it is rad to see a payout that isn't peanuts. Secondly, its cool to have a way to give back to the athletes. Additionally I already pay to watch the broadcast, but I doubt that any of my subscription $$$ go to anything MTB related. Tipping my hand a little, I work in the video game industry. There are many events that take a percentage of the revenue generated from the event and give it back to the winners. Its...

9/3/2026 6:31pm Worth noting- broadcast pricing is planned to start at ~$10 USD (depending on exchange rate at the time). This won’t be a normal race broadcast as you know it- we are building out a full show, and when racing goes live we’ll have 40+ cameras on course.

9/3/2026 6:29pm The high and low settings are adjusted with flip chips at the link/seat stay junction. There are also flip chips on the chain stay that allow for a long/short chain stay adjustment as well. We spec the bikes how we would want to ride them, given the price targets. They come with bigger suspension (Zeb vs lyrik on the high end), 800wh battery vs 600wh battery, in some cases 220mm rotors for more stoping power, heavy duty DH casing tires on the rear and DD on the front, heavy duty e-bike wheels that will hold up. We could build these...

9/3/2026 6:20pm I'm riding one of these bikes now, fantastic until the battery shits itself 40km from home lol I figured out a reset of the battery fixes it, the arm of my riding glasses is the perfect tool to slide between my frame and battery and get the button. Been in the middle of nowhere makes you do Macguyver type shit.

9/1/2026 8:18pm It all depends on the bike, tbh. I've ridden all the new Di2 stuff on a ton of different bikes, and I've found that chain sizing really matters. I've tested T-Type and the new Di2 back-to-back on the same bikes, and while SRAM does do a slightly better job of keeping the spazzing to a minimum, it's certainly not perfect. The dual-spring on Shimano takes about 5-6 lbs of force to break free when in the smallest cog on the cassette, and the SRAM T-Type clutch takes about 7.5-8 lbs to break free no matter what cog. The major difference...

8/31/2026 6:35pm No, but I used to ride Patapsco 3-4 times a week when I lived in the city. I’m part of GUMBO, which primarily does trail work in Little Gunpowder State Park. It doesn’t have the mileage of Patapsco but its has a good variety of trails, great core group that does a ton of maintenance and building, and it’s 2 miles from my house. If anyone ever finds themselves in my neck of the woods, reach out and I’ll give them a tour of the park. https://www.littlegunpowder.com/

8/31/2026 6:30pm @TEAMROBOT , your points are valid and I agree that some unsanctioned trails are built way too unsustainably. As someone who maintains a lot of old poorly aligned non bike trails, I cringe at a steep fall line trail that I know will fall apart after the first big rain storm. Some of that could be the builders style, but it also could be due to the rushed nature of building fast to avoid being caught. Fall line is a whole lot easier to make than a bench cut! But you are only looking at it from the lens of...

8/29/2026 9:20am I may be mistaken but it looks to me like there may be an off menu item for those who wanted the MT to have all the adjustments of the LT. If you put a 160 fork on the LT and shortened the shock stroke to 60 or 62.5 instead of 65, you could get approximately the the same geo as the MT with the rear travel reduced to right around 150, you could even go 57.5 stroke and get really close to 140 rear travel. The seat angle would be around half a degree steeper, head angle would be...
