I used to run that setup 22/32T but then realised I didn't need the 32T over here in the Alps. I also came across a narrow wide 22T direct mount sram chainring on Aliexpress so now just run that. When I go ride somewhere flatter I put on a bigger chainring.
So I have some feedback on the 120mm rise handlebar (10º backsweep, 5º upsweep). I ran it with the same setback of 35mm (straight line though the middle of the ends of the handlebar to middle of stem) which I was running on my 90mm rise handlebar. I run a -10mm stem.
