Perhaps brands have received credible information that Discovery and/or the UCI are going to make a really big push over the next few years to increase coverage and reach of live mountain bike racing, so the brands are setting themselves up to have products developed for the hopeful increase in exposure and sales. Don't know if I'd call it a "mass exodus"--more like a couple of guys who have basically achieved as much as can be achieved in the discipline looking for some new challenge and inspiration. Still cool, though.

Listened to a bit of the Ride Along podcast and realized Team Robot was clearly trying to send us a hidden message in the photo!!! The hands are a dead give away!
