Add pressure to the shock. I find that balancing front and rear can be tricky because changes at one end affect the other. Increasing pressure on the rear shock will lower the travel usage and help prevent bottom out. I find that if the rear end is too soft I use less fork travel since the bike can just leverage against the rear shock instead of the fork moving.

someone please start a broken bikes thread and continue the discussion there. on the topic of racing, there's a Monster Pro DH race in Utah this weekend and we'll be there. Stoked! Someone on the other site is saying he couldn't get his visa sorted in time. I know he's had visa issues before, I was hoping he'd be in a better position now he's on a bigger team, but if the information is correct that's a real shame.

I would venture to say 75% of arm pump occurs bc of brake lever setup, 10% how the brake is used and 25% bc the brake system itself. That's 110% true.
