I’m gonna disagree. First off. No one is watching WC downhill that isn’t a huge fan of Mtbs already. Making the broadcast 30-60 minutes isn’t gonna change that. Hi all, I'm the 'Gosling' being referenced in the Bikeradar article. I had meetings in Les gets with five teams, YT being one and I'll start by saying that Gunnar Franke (Team Manager) is one of the best guys in the pits running a great team with awesome riders and staff. However we (Nukeproof) don't have the budget to go from 'no team' to one of the best, and highest budget teams in the pits when today we are not even selling any bikes. I also feel that we are not the type of brand that wants or needs one...

I think it's less dropping Dak, more not giving him as much as either Dak hoped for or making some budget for Ronan and Pinky. I have a world of respect to Dak, especially on his comeback journey, and I think he can contend for the win - but put on Mondraker's hat and think about the 3 elite male riders you have : 1. Ronan - Got a win this year, rides crazy (good views), young, redbull helmet, not consistent. 2. Pinky - Pretty consistent in the final top 10, young, has potential, still transitioning into elite imo 3...

If Dak could go to Norco that would be my top choice personally. They seem to be as committed as any team could be.
