Awesome review! One of the main points of feedback we have received is in regards to the need for a 12mm wrench for adjustments which as you have mentioned can be not very convenient for trail side tuning. To address this we have made a small 3D printed tool that has both a 12mm socket and the 4mm hex that works pretty well. If you need one hit us up. We also are now including with new shocks as well or if you send it in for service mention you want one and we will throw it in.

could be vacuum forming in the lowers. The old zip tie down the seal might help, cost nothing.

In China. Although I wouldn't exactly recommend it. Plenty of headaches, delays and changing the agreed upon price. Maybe it's better to procure the frame building tools and make it yourself out of steel lol. I just tried it out to see if I could design a usable bike that rode well. First one was good so when covid 19 hit, I used my free time during the lockdown to design the 2nd bike

Was a stumpy evo with a 170mm coil fork and 57mm stroke giving 163mm travel. The head angle was 62.5 That bike was ratshit after a week lol. Full rebuild.

The big one is the abuse a DH bike can take. My Stumpy after only 10 days at Queenstown Bikepark was a mess. Everything needed a rebuild it seems. You can go all season on a DH bike with some brake pad changes and a spit shine.

I bought Dean Lucas's 2014 worlds Wilson, Has a 2015 pre production world cup fork, but inside was a coil from an RC model. We pulled that bike apart at the shop and were gobsmacked at all the unobtanium shit on it. Later, I found out it was a test mule for the 650b bikes and explained the weird linkage...

You ever ridden a high pivot bike in the carpark. It’s the worst thing ever. You wouldn’t believe how much the carpark test plays in sales. As ridiculous as it sounds.
