5/7/2020 3:23pm I really like my Code R's, but have the same frustration. I like a real instant bite point after pulling the lever, after a big day in the bike park the bite point is nowhere near where it was at the start of the day. Still heaps of meat on the pads too. My other bike with saints just simply...

5/3/2020 10:25pm yep the old status was a free ride weapon back in the day, bring back the Big Hit!!! I had one of those enduro evo's with the 180mm boxxers, Sort of before it's time in a way. If it was 1260mm wheelbase, mullet, 12 speed with dropper people would be losing their shit.

4/28/2020 2:04pm Thing is Loris and Luca aint exactly midgets. I met the Syndicate when they were in Aus. 2 things I observed were these guys aint short, and holy shit greg and peaty are tall AF, I'm 6'1 too and they dwarfed me. Lovely dudes.

4/18/2020 6:58pm I don't condone this, but a little trick that's been picked up over the years. This works on current Fox 40/49. When I showed the local Fox tech this he fell off his chair lol Pump to 110psi compress the fork roughly 3cm release air pressure to 80PSI Now you have fork that never reaches equalization ports and tops out...

4/13/2020 2:31pm absolutely, little birdy told me E8000 motors will be interchangeable too. I'll believe that when I see it, but the source I got this from is a good one. I'm excited. The new steps firmware is excellent and it's hard to think how they can improve that. I'm thinking another 10-20nm of torque and most importantly HEAPS FUCKIN QUIETER! People...

4/11/2020 4:30pm it will be written on the hub if it's ratchet type. The 54T is worth doing, it's crazy expensive for a small machined gear and some grease/spring but once you ride it you will never go back to a sloppy engaging hub. Plus it sounds epic if you use a very light amount of grease, like a poor mans Chris...

4/9/2020 7:01pm it will be a couple of years atleast till AXS hits GX IMO. It's like Di2, never filtered down. Once you try Di2 you are never the same, I love it.

4/5/2020 9:34pm You basically described the push acs3 without saying it. That been said. Had both acs3 and smashpot and the vorsprung solution with hydraulic bottom out is much better

3/30/2020 1:33pm Volume reducers = mid stroke support reducers. If you want more support you’re best throwing them in the bin and using more spring pressure. I actually think that damping can be overlooked these days. I also think there’s a misconception that moar spacers is moar better. Set it hard as fuck and ride faster and faster until it feels good.

3/28/2020 4:06pm Assegai/Disector combo here in Aus works great. But the dissector can be left near bald after 2 days in the bikepark. They don't last very long. DHR2 if you don't care about rolling speed and Agressor if you do. I'd love to try other tyres, but Maxxis has cornered the market here in Aus. I walk into my LBS and...

3/23/2020 4:34pm this is what the smashpot does. Linear travel (it's a spring duh) with speed sensitive, shimmable hydraulic bottom out that works spectacularly. The big catch, heavy AF but doesn't bother me.

3/21/2020 5:41pm Exactly like that, I'd seen it on KXF motocross bikes a few years ago. This was on the bag of the leg however.
