yep the old status was a free ride weapon back in the day, bring back the Big Hit!!! I had one of those enduro evo's with the 180mm boxxers, Sort of before it's time in a way. If it was 1260mm wheelbase, mullet, 12 speed with dropper people would be losing their shit.

Thing is Loris and Luca aint exactly midgets. I met the Syndicate when they were in Aus. 2 things I observed were these guys aint short, and holy shit greg and peaty are tall AF, I'm 6'1 too and they dwarfed me. Lovely dudes.

I don't condone this, but a little trick that's been picked up over the years. This works on current Fox 40/49. it will be written on the hub if it's ratchet type. The 54T is worth doing, it's crazy expensive for a small machined gear and some grease/spring but once you ride it you will never go back to a sloppy engaging hub. Volume reducers = mid stroke support reducers. If you want more support you’re best throwing them in the bin and using more spring pressure. I actually think that damping can be overlooked these days. I also think there’s a misconception that moar spacers is moar better. Set it hard as fuck and ride faster and faster until it feels good.

Assegai/Disector combo here in Aus works great. But the dissector can be left near bald after 2 days in the bikepark. They don't last very long. this is what the smashpot does. Linear travel (it's a spring duh) with speed sensitive, shimmable hydraulic bottom out that works spectacularly. The big catch, heavy AF but doesn't bother me.
