Nino Schurter has a new dropper post, thinner silver collar compared to his regular 100mm reverb axs (you can see the current reverb axs on the rider behinds bike in the second pic). He uses a blip button in his grip rather than the axs paddle and I can't see any extra cables... From Instagram. Edit: looks like it's a Yep Podio with a silver collar. I suppose the reverb AXS was too heavy.

Maybe it's just the photo but it doesn't look symmetric top for bottom, i.e. you couldn't flip it around. Looks like a way to have a replaceable threaded insert that is shaped such so it doesn't rotate when tightened.

It's a custom frame using a VPP design, not a Santa Cruz frame.

The debate over the pros and cons of headset cable routing has been covered pretty thoroughly on this thread, and it also doesn't exactly qualify as a "tech rumor," so I've started a new thread for those looking to discuss the relative merits of headset cable routing: https://www.vitalmtb.com/forums/The-Hub,2/Tell-me-why-headset-cable-rou…

Seems Pole have discontinued all non-electric bikes. Stamina is removed from their page, and Taival and Evolink are still there. Seems they are there because they are still in stock.

"RockShox states and Vital will confirm that the new Charger 3 is completely silent in going about its business. There are no squishing or sucking noises going on. We look forward to seeing if this stays true throughout the summer and while we are messing around with clickers." Sad Am I the only one enjoying the sounds the Charger 2 RC2 Lyrik makes?
