Yea, there's a hole for one to mount to, but I never got round to actually modelling the pulley wheel. I was just gonna buy a jank components x-sync chainring thingy for it, cause my brother can get me them cheap. I've just designed a simpler version of the concept too, designed to be made from 3dp steel as it's more accessible to me than machined alloy. It's got a yoke to reduce the eye to eye, it either does 225x75 203mm Mx or 205x65 180mm 29"/Mx. I wanted to do the 6-bar, but the machining on the links would...

I think the primary compensation mechanism for tech bro execs is when they get to imitate Steve Jobs walking around a visually minimal stage design in jeans talking about a powerpoint: https://www.forbes.com/sites/billroberson/2025/03/31/rivians-micromobil…

Having seen what happened with Rocky and knowing the pricing on the back end of what some of their higher end bike were going for even in the worst of it, people getting a GX level Capra or Jeffsey for $2600 at the consumer level is absolutely insane. That's someone trying to free up cash flow as fast as possible. That's a two for one Kona process level fire sale.

Paper products from Germany can only mean one thing, new fork day! This is the Intend Flash 35, it can be run from 160mm to 190mm. Very similar to the Edge; but with a more robust crown, longer legs, and slightly different uppers. After initial riding and then a full tear down and inspection, there will be some parallel testing with a 35mm Boxxer. Both forks will be run at 190mm of travel on a DH bike. The capability of the 170mm inverted forks at Angel Fire was so impressive that a direct comparison of a longer travel version to...

I find it very ironical and super hypocritical for somebody like the YT main guy to whine about ”discount wars”, when they basically were the ones who brought this aggressive pricing strategy to the market. Dude, are you for real??? I honestly hope everybody will be OK after this, but I can't remember all the direct-to-consumer brands being too sympathetic towards the bike shops who, at the end of the day, stay at the core of our sport. And the problem is that people really believe that they are entitled to that discounted ”high end bike” with top parts, even...

I hate to make funny of a crappy situataion for everyone at YT but I had to LOL at the "severely impacted by the global discounting battle in the bike industry" line - they were literally one of the first and most aggressive brands to offer high spec bikes at crazy prices. So its no surprise they are now one of the first of those to be struggling

It's really the first race of the season that's kept them that close. Jackson picked up only 50 points at that race while Loic got the max - 300 points - after qualifying 1st and winning the race. It would be great if the overall came down to the final race of the season rather than being wrapped up before then. With the final race being in Mont-Sainte-Anne the crowd energy could be epic, especially if Gracey is also in position to win the overall.

It's nuts how close the men's elite standings are right now considering that Jackson won four of the first five and two thirds of the races so far. After Loic won in Andorra, it's only 150 or so points separating him and Jackson, which is less than the points for one win.
