One of mountain biking's wildest events is about to hit Canada as the infamous Hardline crosses the Atlantic for the first time. It all goes down on Oct 16 and 17 on Cypress Mountain, where some of the gnarliest riders in the world will take on a brand new course built specifically for the occasion. Word on the jungle telephone is that it might just be the toughest Hardline course yet, which is really saying something!

The race will of course be broadcast live on Red Bull TV on October 17, but there will be a lot of content shared leading up to the event as well, as the riders work through the daunting features during the practice days leading up to the event itself.
If you want to spectate in person, there are only two ways to access the site, ranging from $50 Canadian Loonies to a $77 carpool option that can be split 8 ways:
- Option 1: Carpool Vehicle Ticket (valid for parking and general admission for up to 8 people, including the driver)
- Option 2: Cypress Coach Lines Bus + General Admission (single ticket)

First glimpse of Dan Booker testing a drop under the watchful eyes of Finn Iles. Looks epic (and scary)!
Just my BS opinion, but if in practice he is going "deep" off it, there will be a tweak. Finn, its going to get bigger!.
Riders up there tomorrow.
Very excited for this
justin wyper rules!
i'm not sure i have another weekend of stress-watching like this in me HAHA.
That he does!! I haven’t ran into him IRL forever and watching last night was like who is this man? 😂. This pic also makes me miss Interbike! They ever bringing that back? JW, AP and my daughter at the show about 15 years ago.
Wow! That's a Hardline course, all right. Just massive and equally technical.
Can’t embed the story but Red Bull Bike IG has good vids from track walk
Not to go off on another tangent here but anybody know the weight difference between the two?🤔
So excited for this event. Can’t believe I get this just two weeks World Cup. Track looks mint and it seems that riders are liking it.
Very cool to see Semenuk out there on practice day, he’s a serious operator would be fun to see him compete.
Anyone know why Tilly Boadle isn’t there? She was one of the wild cards from project 17, maybe picked up an injury?
Meanwhile, the freeriders...
I think she is getting her shoulder fixed back home
Super excited this will be in my backyard. Super bummed I will be in… Ontario.
I've said it before and I'll say it again. I love watching WC racing, but Hardline is a whole different level of comradery and just good vibes. Obviously the guys at the pointy end (Jackson, Ronan, Asa, Finn, etc) are there to win, BUT, we also get super fun party laps and a reminder that lots of these guys are friends.
She said she was experiencing quite a bit of shoulder weakness at the Whistler World Cup race, which makes her win a week later at Lake Placid all the more impressive. I really hope she'll be at full strength for the 2027 World Cup season.
Keen to see if anyone does the inside on the rock chute. Looks way too stepped out to work, but again these guys are sorcerers.
Also, anyone know if the lift will be open to spectators? Was nice to take the lift up then walk down at Whistler
Lift is an add on for $22.
I think the inside line is off with greasy tires.
Hardline from the inside with Ronan Dunne, super cool vibe in this one. Loving the raw, unfiltered cut, brings you right into the experience (from track walk to training):
Anyone know about the lights on the top of Ronan’s fork?
Flight Attendant I ASSume.
Practice today will be fun after last night's rain...
I saw he had flight attendant suspension and a control pod on his handlebars to cycle through modes at Les Gets round so id say its the same.
I think they may have taken the morning off to let it soak in a bit
Looks like the weather is clearing up- was pretty socked in earlier: https://www.cypressmountain.com/webcams
