Bit late to the party but does anyone know what Comnencal Muc-Off had strapped to the down tubes of their bikes in Les Gets? Noticed a little box on their bikes.
Guessing its the uci telemetry/gps box? Not sure if every bike runs it, but starting to see it on a lot of the XC bikes as well.
There's a couple interesting things going on here. First, we haven't seen a long travel single crown 32" fork yet, only Neko's loctite-miracle 32" DH fork...
There's a couple interesting things going on here. First, we haven't seen a long travel single crown 32" fork yet, only Neko's loctite-miracle 32" DH fork and the various spindly 32" XC forks. But here it looks like maybe a Fox 36 with 140mm of travel? Maybe?
Also, when Neko ran the 32"/29" mega mullet at Sea Otter, he was runnings the absolute lowest profile Conti rear tire he could to sneak it past the seatstay and chainstay bridges without rubbing. But on this model, the normally all black carbon seatstay is half silver and half black, making me wonder if there's something special going on to make it longer for the 32" rear wheel. Could just be silver spray paint on a stock black carbon stay, but I'm guessing it's a 3D printed aluminum dropout assembly with a lugged end bonded to half of a stock Frameworks carbon seatstay to make room for that rear wheel with a real tire on it. That could also allow them to mess with the axle position and BB height, too.
"Hidden a little deeper on the Intend website is the new Edge 32″ Enduro fork. This fork is currently only available “for B2B sales for framebuilders/bike companies.” Still, it’s pretty exciting to see a production, inverted, longer-travel 32″ enduro fork, and it’s a sure sign that we’ll be seeing more 32″ prototypes and experimentation in the longer travel brackets.

What I meant to communicate was "Gee, that black RSU fork sure doesn't look like a Fox 32 or Neko's crazy loctite Fox 40, which are the only 32" Fox forks we've seen so far. I wonder what RSU fork that is. It sure looks like a Fox, and it could even be a dedicated long travel single crown 32" fork from Fox, which would be newsworthy because 32" bikes and products from the big brands like Fox and Rockshox have been relegated to XC or light trail applications so far." Frameworks is, after all, sponsored by Fox.

The new Edge 32″ enduro fork, while undeniably cool and exciting, doesn't answer my question about what's on the front of Neko's bike.
Nicos bikes with 32" front wheels were running custom dropouts from Fox at the Mountain Creek PDS race earlier this year. If you look back at the 32" prototype he ran, there's a visible bulge on the lowers into the dropouts. The fork in your image appears to be far more refined at the dropouts than what I saw him running before.

Came across this on Loic’s bike from Les Gets. It looks like the sub-chamber from a push 9.1 modified to fit the Öhlins dh38? I know it’s been rumoured that Loic runs a coil fork, so interesting if he’s play with the sub-chamber on a coil fork now too.

Honestly not 100% sure what I’m looking at with it removed. Possible just an adaptor to fit it to the stanchions, as well as drop it lower into the stanchion to accommodate the dual crown?

I believe we're looking into the Push Sub-Chamber in that fork. The knob at the top of the Sub-Chamber closes a valve that either shuts off or opens up that air chamber, which results in more or less air spring ramp from the ambient air inside the coil-sprung stanchion. I never took my Sub-Chamber apart while I had the Nine One here (it's back at Push right now for a top secret tune up), but that image looks a lot like Darren's description of how the Sub-Chamber works.
Also worth mentioning that it works exactly as promised. It was a great feature to have, and performed a different suspension task than the HBO on the Nine One. I asked Darren why a fork would need to have both systems instead of just one, and here's a link to what he told me, which I found to be true in practice.
TLDR: different riding scenarios benefit from position vs. speed sensitive bottom out resistance.

Specialized has always been clear that they wouldn't risk diluting the name of their stumpjumper or enduro by naming their ebikes the same thing. They have a lot of brand identity/pride/ego wrapped in those product line names.
Unless they've done a complete 180 on their philosophy, there's never gonna be an e-stumpjumper or e-enduro.

That lasted like less than a year, I think their philosophy is pretty money centric lol.

Assuming you mean arch not crown. But I am pretty certain you would run into issues with the wheel hitting the downtube sooner since you would be raising the wheel instead of dropping the axle.

That is adressed by the second measure (travel reduction from the bottom by the means of thicker bottom out bumpers I suppose)

More likely that he's running the air and damper legs reversed for whatever reason, so the damper is on the right rather than on the left like most stock Ohlins forks. He's run the air and damper legs in the same reversed arrangement pretty much from the beginning, long before they started testing the electronic damper.
That interface would be for the servo motor to connect to the damper much like on RS flight attendant.
