Reece Wilson on BMC.
1 hour to BMC from Basel, 1 hr 20 min to Gamux in the other direction
Apparently he was seen riding a Swiss uplift of the Gamux 😁
The Making Up The Numbers folks seemed pretty confident Reece and Heather are going to Gamux. Also that the Manitou rear shock is a liability, haha.
Ah yes, Gamux... Makes more sense
Is this Lachie Stevens ? https://www.instagram.com/reel/DBgyPunOYmD/?igsh=ZmFnZTZmOG85eHEz
While I wouldn’t agree. I like how the poster made a point to say “he looks like a tool but”
Motomemess is suggesting that pro riders judge the shitty rumors shared about them, similar to how we armchair racers judge the world cup level racer's performance on race day
Be really cool to see Gracey and Cami on the same team, and then the boys, L.C and the engineer McDownhill
BC to Scott
Martin Maes and Orbea to FMD
Matt Walker to Cube
both WIlsons to Gamux with outside sponsors
Eliana Hulsebosch to Syndicate
Anna N somewhat confirmed to Frameworks (LET'S GO!)
- Confirmed podium contender woman to Frameworks, and they didn't dispute the Anna Newkirk claim. There aren't really any other options that would fit the team vibe, and she seems like a good fit. I really hope this is true.

Anna to Frameworks sounds amazing, but I'll admit to wish fulfillment on my part with this one. I want that to be reality just because it sounds right. Feels worth noting that Anna and Abby are two peas in a pod and it's hard for me to imagine Anna joining any team without Abby. So the two of them might be a package deal? Come on Anna, you have a Vital account, throw us a bread crumb in here! Also, you still owe me a Beyond Racing jersey...
A + A will split for the future.
Possibly Abby might focus on more local European races.
Gotta admit, a video where riders are interviewed after the dust has settled and the discuss the accuracy of the rumors would be entertaining..
I wonder if Wyn or Eddie could be convinced to put that together.
Just listened to the MUTN podcast. Doesn't sound very positive for Enduro , sounds like factory teams pulling out to support the more expensive new downhill set up .
rumors are Primaflor-Mondraker XCO team will fold. Mondraker will put all the money in the DH basket
the core of that team will ride/become Orbea (this rumor is werd cause Orbea already has its factory cross country official team...)
I now believe one of these to be incorrect…
Syndicate or Matt rumour........?
I bet he knows that we know so this must mean some kind of hint with the belt.
This is correct, all orbea 2024 staff is out, replaced by mondraker primaflor one.
Jewett brothers to Norco?
Ollie Davis to TFR?
staff, so riders and personnel, soigneurs, mechs, etc
Jake just released a video (yesterday?) on a Pivot.
Seems unlikely unless he owed them a video to fulfill his contract terms and be released from his contract.
It was interesting how Emily didn't comment on Eddie or Waxer. Not even a hint.
What's the basis for this? Or just wishful thinking? They seem to be going well on Pivot, but from a logistics standpoint it would make sense, having them on a Canadian team with Gracey also in BC would probably be easier than a GB/NZ based team.
Looks like Jordan is to stay on Specialized Gravity.
So which team made up of fine upstanding gents will this young lady be joining next year?
Can not say where I have heard this.
However, just because Jakob just released a video for the new DH bike, does not mean he is staying. Likely it was filmed mid summer.
That's exactly the exception I was leaving room for: he might have owed the company a video before fulfilling his contract (and receiving the payment that comes with it). It would be an interesting look for Pivot/BK/whoever makes that decision to drop him right after he puts out a ripper of an edit.
Interestingly, that video seems to have been pulled down off the Pinkbike homepage and YouTube. I went to check to see if it was posted to his page or to Pivot's page and it's "been removed by the uploader."
....hmmmmmmmmmmm?
Didn't Jake use the content from the launch video shoot to put his own edit together (which was sick)? Maybe Pivot wasn't keen on the content being re-used… Or maybe they just got news of a change and didn't want him to use it now? We'll likely never know. The Jewett boys on a Canadian brand would be pretty rad.
