Anything new on Reece Wilson? - was his Trek extension only for 1 year after his World Champs win? Also a prime Red Bull candidate, unless GB has it's "quota" of RB DH athletes?

There's a thing called zone 2 training. Low pulse (think 140 or less) and long hours. Does wonders for endurance through training mitochondria.

Peter Attia had a great podcast about that with Inigo San Millan, who is the doctor of UAE Emirates. The team of the double tour the France winner Tadej Pogačar.

Also if you are training for dh turn off the motor on the way down and you have a 50lb training bike for sprints

To get things back "on track". Luca sent Jordi a signed jersey saying thanks for the support and looking forward to more in the future. That mean staying put it moving to SRAM.

It seems like Gauvin, Melamed, and ALN are all still under contract with Rocky/Raceface. I can't seem to find much info on Keegan Wright or Greg Callaghan's, or on anyone from the Norco team.

Kona team wise, I'm pretty sure Connor was in Bromont for a few years training in his off time since its pretty much just sharp rocks pointed at you the whole way down. Possibly what he ment. Back a few pages there was mention of Kona changing their pay scale to be equal between Men and Women and that both Connor and Brenda (Miranda) were leaving. That would be interesting as it would leave Kona with a very small team. If that is true, where would Miranda and Connor go? Both IMO are priceless additions to any team, especially Miranda.

For the rest of the canadian teams, Norco has had Blenki on the team a while and im not up to date on their situation contract wise. As well theres forbidden, We are one, Devinci, Knolly, and Banshee. Rumor has it that Chromag should have one or two more, non-child size squishy bikes out this year that may need people to get rad on at some point.

I've left Rocky out as they have had a rock(y) solid team front to back for the last few years but im ready to be corrected.

I've always been puzzled why exactly is iago garay sponsored by SC. is he a friend of the owners or an old legendary rider or something?

In ews at the right time with some good results and offers a lot on the product development side. Besides Santa is not struggling to sell mega towers. Iago
Is a good fit to develop them.
