The Final episode for Season 2 of The Fast Life is up on Redbull TV, at the end Finn Iles' mechanic Kevin Joly hinted that Finn could be riding for Commencal for 2019. "Specialized front end and Commencal Rear end" where his exact words, or what i could hear from the french accent.

Something definitely going down at norco, First the sale of the team truck /pits and now posting throw backs. Athertons, Gwin, Fresh team for 2019?

Could be just unloading his 2018 bikes to get the 2019 versions?
Heard he inquired about another European team but they didn't have the money for him.. could have just been shopping about tho, can't blame people for that.

Isn’t Gwin’s Trainer the owner of Norco Factor Racing? He coaches Gwin, Rude, and I think Suarez this last year. I could see something happening there. Another collaborative team like Gwin did with the Mob. If Norco factory dismantles, where does that leave Sam Blankensop?

If Norco Factory Racing is selling it’s goods it will probably land with a team who have their own trucks, tents etc. As the Mob stays where it is Gwin will be out of trucks. So less likely to be on Norco?
Atherton’s have all the goodies already and wouldn’t need any of the old Norco pit setup. So... more likely?
If athertons are off to Norco, where's blenki going?
maybe reunion with bruni under specialized? heard a rumor that miranda miller is racing EWS in 2019 instead of DH, so a spot in the pits would be open.
Will CRC add more riders?seeing Brendan’s bike(possibly) with Michelin’s on it, maybe he’s rejoining Sam. Is he locked down with Scott? Looks like CRC is definitely doing more DHnext year

I doubt it’s CRC he’ll be on. More likely I would say is that he’d stay with Hope/Öhlins, but on a Nukeproof frame. That give Nukeproof a well established UK rider on the WC without going to the trouble of setting up a full team, pits, support etc. which would be a big investment as it would have to be separate from the EWS crew I’d have thought...
After all the PR fiasco Specialized was through in the last couple of years * cough-cough, Roubaix cafe *, I am pretty sure they are very aware of the image damage they are risking in such a case, even their contract with Jared ends this year anyway, so I am sure they will play nice, as they have good reasons to do so. Not to mention the fact that besides contracts and business, Specialized is still a bunch of people and those people tie connections, so I am pretty sure Graves has a ton of support from Specialized, one way or the other.
This also reminds of Johnny Waddell and what class acts Santa Cruz and Red Bull have been, as he is still keeps connections to them, if my information is correct.
Much love to Graves regardless of our talk here,
Mx

How is Johnny Waddell these days? I remember that crash at St. Anne.
I have seen him in certain videos throughout the years, riding XC in Australia, promoting the sport, still with connections to Santa Cruz and the Syndicate etc. That's what I remember. I don't know precisely what he is doing these days, but I am left with a good impression about his relationships with his sponsors and the support he received.
29" are in, high pivots are in so its not hard to envision Specialized going this way...
Old staff going to another team

I'm pretty sure Scott will Sponsor the European team with Brendan
I really hope they stand with him in these tough times. It would be nothing short of embarassing to dump a rider like that
