If true, $75k doesn’t seem like enough honestly? 10 races this year, basically have to pay for months of lodging between races. Mechanic and other support. Team camps. Larger fees for teams next year…… to be on one of the best teams in the sport, kinda seems like a deal.

You're missing out on the fact that the teams are private businesses and they don't have to hire anyone. If they don't want someone with potential baggage, that's their prerogative. Given that racing is essentially done exclusively for marketing, it's no surprise that the big teams are taking a pass on him. There's not some grand conspiracy trying to hold back your boy, just businesses doing cost/benefit analysis to what he'd bring to their brand image.

The Shorty knobs are a little bit taller than the HR3 so it's more suited to really soft, muddy conditions where the HR3 is good in loose while not being squirmy in hardpack. A subtle difference for sure, but that's it.

Some real tight times in womens. Easily the most competitive race I've seen in the US. Of course snow shoe was more stacked but the times were much more spread out. Big congrats to Aletha Ostgaard and Dak for putting USA on the box for the home fans. The 3 peat was always going to be a really tall order.
