OK now... Let's get this Forum back on topic! But while I'm here... Clearly the trick to that hole is to go so fast that you just jump clear over it. Coming soon... VitalDSRT. The website And race team!

I'm way more pumped on video projects like this that result in a usable trail for other people, as opposed to one-off spectacles that either get bulldozed when they're done or just slowly erode and covered with weeds in the middle of nowhere.

TRex Added a comment about press release Enduro Bearings Continues Maxhit Line with New Bottom Bracket

I'm truly shocked at the people pointing out the 'flaws' in this from their armchair engineering desks. This BB might solve the side load/inconsistent preload problem some cranks have, isn't crazy expensive compared to other high end offerings, and has a lifetime warranty against wear AND corrosion, not just manufacturing defects? And the one comment from LLLLL about 'just buy a Chris King BB and grease tool'? He/she's essentially saying "Don't buy this $160 thing (without even using it) and buy what I did for a total retail price of $230". Do people want innovation to just stop? That just...

Agreed. I'm all for kids having nice bikes, but that doesn't mean they have to be spendy. Like you pointed out - buy an old straight steerer 26" fork, get that new PNW dropper, and you've got them setup with suspension and a dropper for $1100. Anyway, plenty of fancy options if you want a dual squish bike for your kid. Nice to see something that's only 3 digits in cost.

I see your point, there are a lot of ripper kids. However, I wouldn't harsh on these bikes. $700 can be a lot for a family, and $1500 or something can be a mortgage payment if you have two little rippers. I don't see many downsides for these bikes as these prices. If you want a dropper post and suspension, can't you just add it yourself? It could be done for $200 for the dropper and maybe a used straight steerer older fork for $3-400? That would still be $1300 or so with a little work on mom or dad's...

Hope! Please make carbon lever blades for the Tech 3 lever! Carbon pulls less heat from my fingers during colder weather riding.

I don't think anyone suggested mixing dot and mineral oil. If anything, you really shouldn't do that.

I might have to try this, as I've had some MT7 Trails sitting in a box for a few years. I loved the power, but getting a good bleed was hard and the pads always rubbed.

I have exactly the same Shigura setup at the moment. Love the power and feel (my fingers provide the modulation when I need it) but I have to do regular lever bleeds (despite finding no leaks anywhere). Despite trying all of the Magura levers, I didn't find one that felt nice and that I could get close as close to the bars as I like. The Shimano master (9120) has a great lever shape for me and mated the the Magura MT calliper it gives super power. The Magura master is really nice but it is susceptible to some simple...

If you don't mind the price tag, Trickstuff offer good amount of power, smaller free-stroke and better modulation than a Shigura setup. Once tried them I could never go back or like something else. Not the same opinion from my wallet tho.

Is it just me or is this the first time ever that an NX drivetrain is paired with eeWings cranks? One beauty of a bike for sure.
