Put it this way:
Out of the box there is no better fork than the Deville. That includes reliability, now I agree it is pretty hard to come across spare parts and or bike shop which are able to service the fork on the spot.
Now for the pike, out of the box great small bump compliance but as soon as you dive into the travel there is nothing until you're about to bottom out...

Norco have a Factory Canadian team plus a World cup team in Bryn and Jill, sad to see them part from Dirt but its a business, if it is economies then makes sense, no point over duplicating the same thing, but I do see that Ben Reid and team probably more than the other teams have raised Norco's profile and thats definitely value right they're for a business, good luck to both parties, excited to see what Dirt Norco ride next, they are a fantastic brand.

sorry , my mistake....actually its 26 lbs 10.815 oz / 12.1kg when I built it with talas 36, renthal bar, e13 crank, hope m4, spank pedals, saint shifter&rd, reverb post.... 13kg

Awesome! Love riding with my trail dog! Though she's starting to get early signs of arthritis in the legs and can't run like she used too. This dog is fast though wow!

DVO is already made in Taiwan by one of the largest manufacturers in the world. They are hand assembled on their own seperate assembly platform to precise tolerances.... So your "small guy" comment is incorrect. You are correct that FOX is riding on their name. I took off my 32 for a Revelation recently and will not be switching back.

I think part of the reason you have not heard tons of accolades from other media outlets in regards to DVO, is because very few have been able to test one. Vital was granted one of the most (and only) in depth test sessions to date.

There's been some surprise awards. With all tree accolades the Pike has been getting I would have thought that would have one. I would absolutely love to take an Emerald out though.

I don't know if you should give this award to a product that just hit the market. This fork shows great promise but we need to see how it fairs after a year of abuse in the hands of the general public.
