4/25/2014 1:56am Ruts aren't always a bad thing, either. A good deep rut in a corner could be used to push against in some of those awkward turns. Then again, if the rut juts off the track then someone better be prepared to go bushwacking haha.

4/25/2014 1:56am You sure? For some reason I remember Gee not doing well in qualifying last year at Mont Saint Anne and luckily for him he missed the rain because he went before the top guys. I know there are points on the line for qualifying but maybe some guys in the top 20 go slow in qualifying to start early on Sat if the conditions will be better?

4/25/2014 1:56am I think the top 20 in the overall series go in order for the finals rather than going on qualifying results. So the top guys should, in theory, have similar conditions.

4/25/2014 1:56am You would think coming down last (quali 1st) wouldn't be the best in conditions like this - the track will be heavily rutted and thick with mud coating everything more slippery.
