The little kind of eccentric which is supporting the rocker is here as a linkage!! You have to imagine it as a really small linkage with a 10mm pitch.

Written in a comment lower, but it is around 19kg!! Sure it is heavy but it is a first try and you never obtain something super light in this case

Great looking bike. Really well thought out details, and skillfully fabricated. Very nicely done. Assuming it's 6061 or similar; I've been wondering if you get much distortion from heat treating a welded frame, and if / how you would realign it.

Well, I've only been out twice since I finished building it up so the ride experience included a bit of fiddling with getting my setup just right. I am still tweaking suspension settings since I have never owned a Pike or Kirk before. So far though: It's a size medium, but feels on the larger side, pretty much perfect for me. It pedals really well, and from looking at suspension profiling which suggested it would be squatty I am pleasantly surprised at how well it pedals. It really execrates when you get on the cranks. Being concentric pivot you get...

Dumbed down switch? That's more XC than aggressive trail/enduro. I'll take the Vector's High/Low adjust. Why not a system more like the Cane Creek CS and have both? If you're designing a clean slate shock do it right with the best tech. Also, no bladder for me, air leaks through them and into the damper. Small bump compliance is too minor of a difference to give up consistency and longevity IMO.
