Interesting question!! Sure I did all the FEA calculation. First on all single part, and then on a full ASSY frame in the SAG and bottoming out position to have a global idea.
And sure the bike is really stiff and tubing are over dimensioned at the front compare to what you will find on a normal bike.

Geometry numbers are not that good especially in lenght compare to my size... So let just say I did mistakes that I will not do again

Great looking bike. Really well thought out details, and skillfully fabricated. Very nicely done.
Assuming it's 6061 or similar; I've been wondering if you get much distortion from heat treating a welded frame, and if / how you would realign it.

Written in a comment lower, but it is around 19kg!! Sure it is heavy but it is a first try and you never obtain something super light in this case

did you weighted theframe only?. it's that much wheight because of all the cns that it has?

Oh I don't remember the frame alone... that much weight because I oversized the tubing but not so much because of CNC parts.
For a second one, I don't know yet, I will see I have different idea !!
