Yes it is very much but tbf I learned about disc discoloration. To me any color appearing was a bad sign of over heating, now I now that some color isn't a bad sign.

...and there is a mineral oil (TRICKSTUFF Bionol by Danico) that works up to 300 degrees celcius. It also has different viscosity compared to Magura and Shimano and in my opinion has a much better performance.

Conveniently missing out that there is not just one type of mineral oil. And that not all mineral oils are the same. My opinion for Sram has sunk to a new low after watching this

Can only speak for myself - I did not question his riding - that is a class of it's own. The idea is, in my opinion, questionable.

well - Giant and their warranty in our country is nightmare. Stopped working with them as every little bit is taking forever and was taking time out of my day I could use for repairs. Specialized is probably good with their bikes but a nightmare with their e-bikes. Long term customers (15-20 years) are thinking fo changing because fo their Levo´s. Brose motors still don´t work like advertised and the solution Specialized used to fix it is a joke.

I still have nightmares from having to remove the crank and the chainguide plus essentially take apart the suspension just to remove the shock on my Reign... Let's not get into completely unsealed/uncovered bearings too. Some bikes are NOT servicing friendly.

Garmin devices also don't get it correct all the time. 5 bars and two left should equal to at least 40%. Worked in our case an no complaints so far. Also as far as I remember Garmin's are much more expensive.

@BHowell like already stated - to see all battery stats etc. the Shimano Steps display seems to be a good solution. Be aware that there are new cables used on the EP8 compared to the E8000. We had one customer demanding more display functionalities and since the display is installed we didn´t hear any complaints.

maybe I did not make myself clear enough - put the same tires on both bikes to be able to compare the bikes and how they ride instead to have tires that are different. With similar tires on the bikes the suspension and geometry would make the difference and not the other way around with tires that differ in the first place. It is something very few magazines do, but I believe it is the only way to really compare bikes head to head. If Vital choses to do it in an other way there is less to read for...

I stoped watching at the spec check when it was clear that the tires aren´t identical. In my opinion it doesn´t make any sense to compare bikes when the tires differ as that is the main contact point with the trail.

This is some pretty cool news: Santini, the company that manufactures the rainbow jerseys for the UCI, has halted jersey production and has shifted gears to manufacture reusable face masks. They are still undergoing testing for approval in hospital settings but if approved, this could alleviate some of the shortage we are seeing. The bonus is because the material they are using can be sterilized at high temps, the masks would be reusable.
