I agree with others that a way for riders to get uci points to make themselves valuable should exist, and obviously if you place or win you should get uci points as well. The overall world cup season should be on a different scale, I think qualifying points for the world cup overall are way too over valued at the moment, qualifying points should be 10% of the value of the race points at most...

First rule of frame design, ignore marketing crap. Compare a whole bunch of different designs in Linkage and realize that everyone is slowly converging on the same thing. The window of preferred anti-squat and leverage ratios is narrowing in on roughly 100% anti-squat at sag and a LR of 20-25% linear progression starting around 2.8 to 3.0. Anti-rise seems to still be down to designer tastes or a compromise of the chosen linkage platform / shock location. The more time you spend in Linkage the more you realize everything has already been done...and thus why the window of optimized designs...

Yes, I should clarify that I’m running a MaxxGrip Assegai up front to pair with that fast rolling/longer wearing MaxxTerra DHR2. Front tires last 3 to 4 times longer for me than rear tires, and rolling resistance is so much more noticeable in a rear tire that I’m literally sitting on top of, so there’s no reason for me to not run the grippiest version upfront.
