Ultra soft Mary in Super Trail casing, please! Lots of us like to pedal a lot and live in places where it rains. Same for you, Maxxis. There's a lack of gooey front tire options that aren't pushing 1200g.

That was my bad, I was the out of towner and I should have. I thought we were just gonna ride slabs and stuff which aren't trails for any kind of bike but the last trail was a bike only trail.

It is a movement with a complete political agenda! And fine! It's great you choose to support it. However I use mountain biking as an escape from life. And I disagree that this is the place for it. Just saying leave it All out! All of it!

Great now vital Mtb is shoving the BLM movement down my throat. Can't we leave political movements out of this and just ride? This is getting rediculous!

Maybe I will. You have to remember that topics like these polarize the overall community. And about 50% of the nation disagree with how the movement is being handled. (Possibly more) Keep all of it out... And Vital will be much better off

Honestly, the easiest way to prevent people from constantly questioning the shock pressure gain/loss is to remove the gauge from the shock pump and integrate a the gauge into the shock design itself. But then again that would just cost more and add useless weight.

It would be sick if you could program in what side you were undoing (drive or non) so it could tell you which way to turn the fucking thing. Such an uneasy feeling undoing tight pedals, no matter how many times i do it...

Tip : you want to tighten the pedals ? Wrench in the same way than when you pedal. That's it (and basically that's why there is a left-hand thread on one side and a right-hand thread on the other).

A fresh pair of DHF/DHRs (or more recently Assegai) is always awesome, but at EXO+ weights I do find that they pinch flat too easily, and the rate at which the side knobs start to tear off is pretty unacceptable IMO. I have plenty of them laying around with lots of tread life left in the middle and half the side knobs just peeling off. That's two reasons to at least keep trying other stuff.

This is just my opinion, and I completely get it if I get a lot of heat for it, but it feels like the DHF is becoming what the Nevegal became - highly praised and widely loved, but too many other good options started popping up to just stick with it for traditions sake. It’s a tough problem to have, having so many good choices.

Jim did you have the older version of the tires? The old TRS that was on YTs had smaller center knobs and absolutely massive cornering knobs. They were kind of a random tire but worked 'just ok' for me as a front. Now I'm seeing minions on the Jeffsy. I'm on the A/T trail (f) and S/S enduro (r) and am liking the front tire better than the prior version. The combo works well with the obvious caveat that if you're riding super loose terrain things can get very interesting very quickly with the semislick. Next year I'm keen to...
