Got to go for a spin on a Spec Kenevo SL a few weeks back. 40lb, lower output, 170mm e-bike. To me this is the way e bikes should head. They still shoot up the hill just fine but it feels like you are running a normal bike.

You guys can deny it all you want, but everybody I know is planning their exit from Cali. Every one of those families uprooting and leaving was for political reasons and came at great pain and expense. At least 20 I know personally have gone with their entire families (multiple properties sold in most cases) . I'm just delayed to allow my kid to graduate with his buddies. There is a reason most companies not related to Social Media or locked into a service type business are leaving or planning on it. Looks like Aaron already got it done, but...

So the insane taxes, fees, water mandates, costs of electricity ,gas, coddling of drug addicts and mental patients , racist teaching policies, dystopian/tyrannical mask and vax requirements, pedo approved laws, I could go on. None of that is government related ? Or you just approve of all of it? Please stay here. Don't go anywhere else and screw it up with your bizarre beliefs or naivete. They really should enact policies to stop any voting by new residents in these states for 5-10 years to prevent Cali refugees from ruining the states they flee to. As a refugee from this...

Nothing new, it's been happening since the 80's. To quote Chris Herting of Yeti Cycles on their move from SoCal to Colorado; "All I need is one trip back to Cali to realize how shitty it is there and how great it is here.”

Like many of us he has enough of Cali. After living here my whole life the dystopian and tyrannical government has become untenable. I'm doing the same. Selling the dream house and moving eastward, and at higher elevation.

That's everything I was about to type out. Original was good and this looks even better. Other brands fine too, I'm sure. Riding with a little one is a joyful experience not to be missed!

I have the original Shotgun seat and I have to say it is brilliant. To be able to get out and ride on the trails with my daughter and let her experience MTB as I do is a really good thing, and she loves it too. My only criticism of the original seat is that it does take about 10-15 minutes to get it fitted (Screwing all the footpegs on and off, and tightening the clamp in the middle, and getting the position right). This seems to really solve that problem, that it's just a few bolts and the angles...

I have a Lithium, and opted for the Fidlock bottle on the downtube. I can easily reach down and grab it while climbing, it clips back into place when I am in the general vicinity of the mount, the covered lid prevents the bottle nipple from being covering in crap, and it stayed on without issue on pretty much every Whistler bike park trail. Not an issue.
