Right. It really doesn't make a lot of sense to have two wheel brands now that one is producing an alloy option. However, if they updated the Modo for modern times my tune may pitch higher.

Maybe keep Sun Ringlè as the hub brand and slide the rims all into the Reynolds brand? Outside of some nostalgia with some older peeps, the Sun Ringlè name doesn't seem to have the luster it once did.. But, consolidation under one name would make sense...

Speaking of the Hayes group, no one commented a few pages ago on the mentioning of possible new Mezzer and updated Dorado - no one has any inside info on this? Smile

If they made a bonded enduro frame, I probably couldn't resist. It looks so clean.

I'm a little late to the thread but it has been a hell of a time getting this off the ground. More to follow as we are expecting to do a soft launch on April 1 showing the goods off on the socials. We will have bikes on the ground at Sea Otter in a few booths and being raced...

This is how I found out about ODI's new Rogue V2.1 lock-on grips for big hands. What rock have I been under? They look sick.

I worked with Jim from Quarry for a number of years. He's the kinda engineer more engineers need to be. I've seen his rebuilds on old Land Rovers and his airplane work. I saw his test reports and his drive to get better data on use cases for the company's products, making his own fixtures, sensors, and software. He wasn't afraid to be wrong (which admittedly wasn't very often), and just as importantly he wasn't afraid to say who was right when he was. Hope to bump into him to run a lap on his Stave.
