Bummer they had to cancel Hardline, but it seems like the right call. I may be in the minority and it's probably not feasible but, I'd like to see more technical terrain for Hardline, even if it's an alternate track. The jumps all basically have to be hit at the same speed so they don't separate the rider times. As...
One more observation with the short insert in a 150mm 36. The short insert has some ramp up, but to me it felt like a more gradual ramp up, where a standard volume spacer felt like the ramp up was very sudden. Especially with 180mm and the new RS forks being pretty progressive already, you might be able to get...

There are definitely some big names in there, but would have been nice to see 5-10 more. Figured there'd be a lot more than in years past given the new 1199 track, the world cup DH schedule having such a huge break and not enough racing to begin with. I assume it's just too costly for teams to send riders, bikes, mechanics, etc. around the globe for 'just' a Crankworx. That said, I would think North American brands would make a big push to have more riders here. It's also Whistler... would assume most world cup riders would love to...

Super cool to have the Motion Instruments data after trying out Tru Tune to back up your personal impressions. Seems like it really does what it says. Love it.

I was able to test the fork with the tru tune device in the airspring side. You can see the graph below difference in how much more linear the ramp up is. I don’t think this is a perfect fork or it’s necessarily fixed but interesting to see what this device does. A interesting thing to know is that true to recommends 10% or air pressure been previously run without their insert. I found that was way too much, so went back to the same pressure. 76psi stock air side I got 24% dynamic sag and hit about 145mm max...

And so mellow. Not cocky or loud or obnoxious like so many other fast kids his age tend to be. Neko is the perfect mentor for him with a similar personality. Asa is setup for success, it will be great to see him on the WC scene.

I would say most mountains in North America are either too big and don’t need the advertising revenue from a WC event or they are too small and can’t afford the buy in costs for an event. It would be great to see a true World Cup with at least 3 dates in North America and Europe each and 1 extra in some other destination New Zealand or Japan etc .

Commenting on a few posts above: -Whistler has stated numerous times that they wanted to build a 'world cup track'. And people have mentioned 'someday' they want to have a race there, etc. In the past, Whistler never had a world cup DH track, which is another reason they could have never even had a world cup. Everyone kept saying for years they should have an event, but on what track?? The Canadian Open course was OK but far from 'world cup' especially if it had Whistler's name on it. Now they have the track. -Yes, if they hosted a...

Why would I want to add a third account and tie in even more with Facebook? Thread accounts and data is locked to Instagram (Facebook owned) and can not be closed without shutting down you Instagram.

Definitely a bummer, but unfortunately, Hardline always claims a few victims. It's almost like it's kinda hard Just too much at stake right meow. On the plus side, Bryceland, Strait, and the return of Gee!

I thought he said he was finally having his appendix removed during the break in WC races. With Hardline now being in the middle of the season it seems less attractive for riders in the hunt for the WC races. Risk vs reward is kinda skewed vs in the past when it was at the end of the season.

It was the net, not the tape. You can see he's well BELOW the tape (and upside down) here, then his bike fell against the tape and pushed it down towards him, but it was still against his back/above him.

I thought he got wrapped up in the greenish/ yellow course tape. I think this has happened already at one of the previous races. If he was wrapped up in the netting, that's very different. That netting is hard to get out of in skiing. Getting tangled usually isn't a safety issue and it should be used in places where...
