I’m 6’ even 34” inseam. This is a M/L at 477mm reach it fits me like a glove. The BikeYoke dropper has 213mm drop. I have the post almost totally bottomed out in the frame. So the bottom of the post sits just above the shock. Which would be fine if the cable routing wasn’t so wonky. The cable pops out of the frame on the right side then needs to go under the shock to the other side of the frame then up through a little loop and then on up to the post. Dang- I think this track looks awesome. Lots of bike park yes, but 3? good natural sections and it looks like it will get torn up quickly.

It's a spicy little bike! The geo lets you take on gnarly trails and ride aggressively, but its low-ish weight and minimal travel keep you on your toes. It's made familiar trails exciting and forced me to ride really attentively. It's easy to toss around, and the short rear end makes it really snappy. And it's dead silent. Hardly makes a noise. I've been jumping between it and Transition's Relay, and every time I get on the Relay, the same descents feel a bit less exciting since I can just plow over stuff. It also pedals really nice. Maybe not...

I would agree with your bottom bracket pick (the others I can forgive and forget)... but to up you one, how about headset cup sizes? Ooof!

While they are 8 degree back sweep, the angle starts further from the bar center than any other bar I have tried. This gives them less setback for where your hands actually end up, take note when picking a stem length. Compared to OneUp bars cut to the same length, the WAO bars have a 8mm shorter offset from the bar center when measured at the grips. So if you were running OneUp bars and swapped to these keeping the same stem, it would be like running a 8mm longer stem.
