11/5/2024 2:33pm A commisaire will likely just make up a rule on site. The ole NORBA 24” plus, 2 brakes, 3 gears rule is long gone. I looked in the .pdf of the 2024 usac rulebook, they don’t have technical rules listed for slalom or dh at all, just procedural stuff.
