ebikes and really bad youtubers stealing DH budget. It's up to you people, stop sharing these crappy videos of people doing nothing inspiring. As for ebikes, nothing we can do to stop the industry coddling to it.

The only time this has been a problem for me is when RedBull posted "See Loic's Winning Run" video right on the page where you go to see the replay. All news sites should be expected to post the results imo.

Yes, because we as a society have agreed that reading the book is worth more than just finding out how it ends and tend not to spoil it for each other. Especially so for highly anticipated releases. It was absolutely awesome watching the last DH World Cup round, the suspense, the twist...finding out who won from a headline "Bruic Luni Won the Race" isn't as fulfilling. Anyway, you have the right to word the headlines however you like, and neither Peter nor I can tell you otherwise. We should also find ways of dealing with such abuse. Perhaps shame them...

Interesting from the EWS 2018 rule book: "With the interest of keeping enduro mountain biking clean and to avoid the spirit and reputation of enduro mountain bike racing from being brought into disrepute, any cyclist, regardless of cycling discipline, who has previously been found guilty by any court or regulatory body of any use of or involvement with banned, performance enhancing drugs will not be entitled to compete or take part in any Enduro World Series event." However, the next paragraph has an option to appeal in exceptional circumstances and the EWS board can grant an exception. So there was...

would be interesting to see what would have happen if the rider caught wasn't someone with a big name like RR or JG, i think the story would have been different

So the lifetime ban rule...that got scrapped pretty quick didn’t it. Though it was part of the 2018 rules, Richie got caught in 2018, so there’s an argument that the rule book from the time should apply

Given that there are points on the line for Qualis I think there would be decent viewership here and worth an extra fee. I do wonder about logistics though. What is the gap between riders at qualis? I believe its pretty tight which would make filming hard. For all the bitching, I don't think people appreciate that. Red Bull has some flaws but I do think there are logistics that make it a bit more challenging. I don't understand why Red Bull doesn't have real Ads. I get promoting other videos or shows on your own network but with everyone...

As far as I am concerned, things are like this: I would pay the full 99 USD, if that was the only option. Even if I live in rather poor country and it's probably more of an effort than for people who have normal wages in Western countries. Why? Because it's my favourite sport in the world. And because I'm already paying those bucks for my second favorite sport in he world, basketball. NBA League Pass has brought me a lot of joy and quality broadcasting. But at the same time, I do hope it stays free, because that company...

I would pay to kick Red Bull out of the loop. I think it's really unhealthy to MTB to depend so much on an external private company. Obviously, Red Bull is doing amazing to develop the sport and their athletes but keep in mind their motivation is not to improve the sport, the viewership and the athlete experience but to maximize their exposure. We've seen many times how RB has a predatory and aggressive behavior, the influence the rules and the race formats.. I don't think it's sustainable.. What if Red Bull will collapse or will lose interest in mtb...

1. I cannot vote as i do not agree with any of the options given above. 2. I surely watch the whole free webcast, but anybody knows that all the action comes down to the last 10 riders or so..(most of the times). 3. The only benefit i would see in extending the coverage, would be for younger riders to get a chance to get in the final show, but after all, its a tough sport and those who put down consistent work will rise at some point. 4. No one would sit on a couch/computer/whatever and watch a 3-4...

I wholeheartedly agree. The whole broadcast is starting to feel like off the shelf "professional" sport broadcast package... no soul or passion in it. It's becoming cringeworthy at best. I just wait for the re-runs to cut out all the "bonus features from RB" It's so mediocre that "amateurs" like Ben Cathro virtually on a no-budget with heavy restrictions provides better coverage and insights than "professionals". I much welcome the Gee track previous, which are a real improvement over constant fake screaming that we used to get beforehand...

It’s a no for me. Watching the live race feed can become somewhat repetitive. I couldn’t do it 2 days in a row. I’m not sure about the qualifying feature they put together for Fort William either. Some vagrant interviewing riders as after they crossed the finish line got boring pretty quickly. Vital Raw footage...amazing. Vital slideshows...amazing. Dumbed down commercial content..nah.

Their added content sucks. They used to show the field. Now they describe what a dh track is for 20 minutes. I don't trust 'em. If that money went towards whiskey for Robb warner........ I'd pay jeff brines to type less on the internet.

I want to see more than one angle of hard/tech sections. I don’t want a lot of long straights with a ride tucked, sprinting, or long tabletops. I want to see real downhill. I can’t comprehend how hard my request is but don’t do it if that can’t be done.

For what it´s worth, this wekeends race footage of Greg Minnaar´s run looked totally off for me too. Now of course that was a life stream replay and maybe it was just on my screen or something, but it goes to show things can look strange due to technical reasons or whatever, as i´m prety sure RB didn´t speed up...
