So the BACK COUNTRY HORSEMEN OF AMERICA are suing the UNITED STATES FOREST SERVICE for allow eMTB class-1 on 132 miles of non-motorized trails. One of their key points is safety do to speed of a eMTB (Max 20mph), shit a horse with a human on it's back can reach speeds of 40mph, just another joke of a lawsuit.

Loic: If I'm up in the splits, boogie boogie. If I'm down, show me the moon. Team France Manager: Oui. Aimez vous le floss?
Well yes, welcome to the internet. And I think your pinkbike photo is just a kid making sure that's dogshit he smells on his front tire. It's utilitarian. 29ers make it even easier.
Not making much of a case with that bowlegged skyway spread. Why is mike miranda holding his pee pee?
Cancer free? I can still see the specialized logo.
Can we elaborate on woody the woodpecker?
That's not irony, that's well informed ranting. Big difference. If they'd use mountain bike tracks instead of bike parks for dh I'd have a really strong case. Want to hang out with me at the northstar one and chase all the racers around with nasal spray ... more »
Like women in the 60s burned their bras, all participants in ENDURO should free themselves from the tyranny of their fanny packs! Rise up! Refuse to do fart flicks in your instagram videos because you know the truth! Toss the reflective single lens glasses ... more »
Oh man, that was so refreshing to hear him say he's done with fanny packs and oakley blades, that's it's back to the real racing of dh only for him. Really glad to hear that. *sigh*
What should the governing body do? Not be fucking morons and use this as an opportunity to introduce reality into the system. They know damn well Maes wasn't cheating. And they know damn well he wasn't masking his blood. Yet they're STILL imposing penalty. ... more »

What he said. These podcasts are some of the best content on vital. But you guys seem ashamed of it for some reason and keep them hidden once they migrate off the front page. Inside line needs an outside link.

Just keep expanding crankworx until the UCI becomes irrelevant in gravity. Both parties would probably like that anyway.
One of the plaintiffs, Gold Country Trails has two mountainbike groups as affiliates. It's a little more nuanced than 'cowboys' suing the USFS. The wilderness society was already running around with their hair on fire screaming about Ted Stroll/Sustainable Trail Coalition's move to allow bike access in future wilderness decisions, with one of their key points being the existence of e-bikes. Just because lawsuits happen regularly doesn't diminish the fact that they will be used to decide where people ride bikes. They already are.
