I know it's Rumours, so we're not supposed to stamp them out...but people gotta stop thinking Gwin is gonna dump WC to go full time WindRock. It's absurd. Neko & Sean ran it for several years now without having to be present full time. Sean's infrastructure & logistics blueprint is firmly in place & peak summer isn't as demanding of ownership as fall/winter/spring. Hart & Atherton's have parks they don't drop WC for. It's a silly thought.

Dak just made his goodbye post earlier and hinted to minor changes for the season to come. Which basically means he will be on an Intense and it makes the most sense to tie him to MS. Mx

I was just thinking, with Gwin buying Windrock besides the obvious of it being an investment to make money off the bike park. He is working towards a moto style sort of training compound eg: Bakers Factory, Club MX, Star Farm. Gwin and Dak are both moto guys so they know how that works. Whether it be training a team he's managing or being a third party other teams pay for his services. Tons of lodging on site and riding Windrock every day along with training and riding against other world cup athletes is a huge advantage.

A lot of confused people posting in this thread. IFR for the last few years has been owned by Aaron and run by Todd Schumlick. Intense is no longer sponsoring the team, but the team will likely continue with a new headline sponsor. This will not be Frameworks. Neko has Martin Whiteley on board to run Frameworks team with Neko, Angel and Asa signed. Dak is on a new team, not with Aaron. This may be MS Intense, which used to be MS Mondraker.

Also, did anyone see Aarons comment to Dak in his post. "Will miss you brotha" Uh... Aaron trolling? Or they are splitting ways?

That's been the fun part all along 😂 at least our silly season is in the offseason instead of mid season like F1. Imagine everything happening publicly in season. Boring.

MS Intense seems to be happening and could be beneficial for all sides. The signs are there, the throwback Markus Stöckl on black M1 Insta post etc. My bet is on Intense becoming a frame sponsor for MS and running their US-based youth program, that Jeff was talking about. Could Gwin be running the frame that he developed and is finally good with different financial backing? Why not? Dak was linked to Mondraker here is this thread, as in ”the new Mondraker factory team”. Interesting he runs that DJ bike, though... Regarding Mondraker, as far as I know they are...

if intense factory racing isn't intense factory racing because intense isn't a sponsor, that means intense factory racing is shutdown/dissolved/whatever you want to call it. even if there is a team w/ the same management/players, it won't be called intense factory racing therefore intense factory racing ceases to exist, right?

What if the JUST means that the entire Norco DH team will be Just Greg? He might be all that they can afford?
