We are all assuming a lot here and it will take some time to find out what really is going on, if there really were chemistry issues with the younger stars and what not. I am still curious about the Kathy/Rob/Steve/Greg dynamics and IF it affected things and mayb how. But it's not my business. On the other hand, as passionate fans we are obviously interested in all of this. Greg is portrayed as a picky man these days, most of this perception coming from those Fox videos. Just wild speculation here, but at this point in his career he's probably playing the long game. Switching brands just to avoid a cut in salary doesn't seem like it would move the needle. However, starting your own race team and anchoring it at least the first year would set him up long term. With ESOs push to make the sport more "elite", the established teams could become more valuable.

Wow. Not sure how I feel about this one. GM moving to a totally new platform and team could throw someone who's as meticulous as him into chaos. But on the other hand this could be the kind of massive chage that could revitalize him to take a couple more P1s on the way out.

Theres a really quick young dh racer from nz (jonty Williamson) whos a local to the same park as me, was talking with him the other week and he mentioned that he might have a sponsorship lined up with GT bikes for some kind of gravity team. Lines up with what gt said in the final paragraph

It would be crazy with the cost increases for WC teams, etc if Neko and little Frameworks could have signed and supported a rider like Suarez. Maybe Whiteley is working some "contract magic", or secured an outside sponsor. With Asa in Jrs, and Angel in elites there could be Frameworks podiums in both classes. That would be insane for a brand that has sold about 60 frames to date! Going to be an interesting year.

I don't get the downvotes for this, its team rumors, not team news, that's for Jan 1 and One Ghost is teasing some stuff until then to make people question stuff. Anyone besides me think that the performance note in Bex's post is to imply that Yeti found a way to get out of her contract by essentially making something up? Like perhaps she had bonuses that she was entitled to or an automatic renewal of her contract if they didn't find fault in her. Pointing that part out makes it sound like she had to be fired for cause or her contract would auto renew so they just made it up because the standard wasn't specifically stated as a ranking # in the contract and Contract language was intentionally vague...
