Also I just opened the european Propain website and they have 20% off the Hugene 3 "until stocks last", are they already updating/shelving it ??

4/9/2026 11:23pm Currently running Peatys Monarch on both of my mtb, one knurl and one mushroom, I quite like them. Maybe not the most comfy soft grips I've ever had (I'd say my ODI Rogues were better at that), but I really like the grip and shape

Ya know, I'm changing my tune about 32" wheels. I don't really have all that much interest in owning a 32" bike, and I fully expect most, if not all of the first 32" bikes to not be in my wheelhouse... But right now, I'd kill for anything that isn't related to an ebike to read about. Never before have I yearned to digest some bike stuff that just involved the measly 250w that I struggle to put out. So... bring on the 32" content please, I am primed and ready for it.

Endless mountain bike tinkering and development... and we're still neck deep in the old freelap stopwatch that looks like it came right off my wrist in middle school circa 93'. Paired with a jansport backpack, flannel shirt, jorts and white athletic socks and.... OH MY GOD I'M SO OLD, WHAT HAPPENED TO ME.

3/31/2026 2:32pm I've been tempted many times to get a Gen 2 optic, there's still an impressive amount of them available brand new for decent prices, but it's just a little heavier/slacker than what I'd really like... Still hoping an M size spur might show up one day at a reasonable price !

I've converted to 200mm HS2 rotors for all my remaining Shimano brakes for performance benefits, but now I have a thousand 203mm mounts that I'm gonna have to either donate or shave 1.5mm off with the dremel....except I can't use them for Mavens because the caliper/pad touches Would've been nice to never have 203/223mm in the first place 🙄
