Forbidden new bike on 2/3/21

I had to warranty a clutch on a new XT derailleur not too long ago.. They sent me 4 clutch units.. I think they know something is amiss.. Thankfully, it's an easy replacement..

Shimano 12 speed mechs are kinda trash though ngl. My xt mech has a weird dead spot in the clutch before it stiffens up that didn’t exist on 11 speed

Same here. I've had to replace a couple of hangers but other than that it's been rock-solid. (We don't have UK-grade slop in northern California but we do have a fair amount in the winter).

Here I am going into my 3rd season with the X01 on original jockeys...

I can't see why you'd want to eliminate the hanger. It's designed to be a low-cost part to fail before the derailleur. I think PB and others just like the idea of being able to easily get replacements anywhere, rather than every bike having it's own special hanger.

The local Nukeproof dealer published notes that the bikes (that have been downpaid already) will probably be a bit more expensive, but they will try to honor the agreed upon price. And that the reason for this is stocking the bikes in UK with customs charges getting them into europe raising the prices. Supposedly they are working on a EU warehouse for 2022 to avoid this shitstorm of a situation. Brits really did royally screw themselves over with this Brexit stuff...

Almost everyone was rumored to be going to the Syndicate at some point in this thread.. I think I'm about the only person who wasn't rumored as going to the Syndicate..

I can't wait to see the new episodes of Dialed!

pretty sure he‘s trolling and just recycling that can. :D

Zeb Charger R retails for $699.99 (USD) but, like literally every single other bike product worth buying right now, is completely out of stock everywhere. Worth noting that the marz z1 is also $699.99. Hard to imagine them making something any cheaper that won’t either weigh enough to anchor a yacht or feel like the damper is made out of wood and uses nacho cheese as fluid

Dang you're right. That team is stacked now! Maybe not the fastest but definitely one of the rowdiest and most stylish.

How can you forget C-Dog. Dude's probably the best of all of them.

And Brannigan. Holy smokes.

Imagine an Atwill/Metallier edit.... Oh my days!
