I was comparing the photos to that exact prototype and it doesn’t match up. I don’t think a single one of his blurred photos have been legit as they all seem to just be his forbidden prototype when you look close

1/1/2021 3:28pm On another note, I remember seeing on that other mtb site that ohlins should be releasing the aftermarket rxf38 in the first quarter of 2021. Does anybody have any more info on it? I'd be very interested to see how it stacks up against the zeb/38/mezzer

1/1/2021 3:18pm In another blurred out photo Lewis posted on Instagram the bike looked to me a fair bit like that high pivot Cannondale that's in the works. It even looked like he blurred where the piggy back on the shock pokes out of the down tube.

I saw the DH proto in the Whistler Bikepark, and it did have bottle mounts. It did not look anything like this though, with much different proportions. The seat tube was in a different position. I think they are doing the same thing as Specialized did with the Demo and Enduro, using a very similar suspension design, but slightly different looks and proportions.

I know Trek is one of the largest bike brands in the world. But can I just say, as someone who has been mountain biking since 1995, I have never once been "wow'd" by a single Trek design. They are like the vanilla ice cream of the bike world. And my lack of excitement for them always gets increased with all the proprietary crap.

I slowly heated up one of my fidlock bottles then molded into shape with a Trolley jack handle lol. Just to clear the DHX2 reservoir. I've probably given myself some sort of BPA poisoning by drinking from it but at least the bottle fits.
