I think this is a problem with communities like mtb - everyone wants to think its a chill sport but because no-one wants to rock the boat and call people out, it creates an environment for predators who know they can get away with awful behaviour.

Yes it has indeed been the worst year of "rumours" and tangents my favourite was: Camile Balanche to Pivot cos there is a photo of her wearing a Pivot tshirt, A post or two later, someone says, you now that's a photo of Emiline who works for Pivot not Camile.

Just to put a fork in this one, I did hear from a reputable unnamed source that AB is doing just fine. So, lets chalk that up to the first "L" of the year for me! I feel my big miss here was twofold, besides the fact the flat out make a killer bike. Equity Sale: They raised at least $4M, which is a chunk. I kinda assumed that Norco took a look at the landscape, saw an opening amongst North American (and specifically Canadian) brands, and is now making a longer term play to increase its market presence. Basically step into a void created by Rocky Mountain and Devinci, both of which are withering.

My mind is just blown at all of the Americans that think the economy is bad, and gas is expensive. I just don't get it. We are the economic envy of the entire planet by a HUGE margin and our economy is just insanely good. To top it off, I made more on my 401Ks last year than I did at my job and my side business, and neither is low paying.
