Still bargains around mate, saw a near new 36 performance elite in the new shape for $800 the other day. I just picked up a 36 performance for $500 for my hardtail build. Had a brand new CSU in it too. Facebook marketplace!

This isn't a rumour, but rather an observation. Anyone notice Young Finnley is looking Jacked and Swole AF! He isn't that little boy from those original fast life videos anymore, he's a grown ass man now! Brother has been on the squats, dead lifts and maple syrup program. Man handle that bike around my son, good to see! It's like...

MX/SX is higher level stuff, Multi million dollar yearly investments in R&D. Very professional and gone of the days of just relying on sheer talent, the rider, bike and team all need to be at their best to win. No more smoking ciggerattes on the start gate. The guys in SX/MX are so burned out by their late 20's if...

all correct I think. My new bike is 1336mm wheelbase It's a whole 106mm longer than my last bike. The new one is way less fatiguing, you simply stand up over the bottom bracket and look where you want to go. Fore and aft stability is ridiculous. Yes, it's a boat in tight switchbacks, you just have to throw it...

If you are old like me, it's sad to see what was the pinnacle of DH performance bicycles to become a shell of it's former self. Back in the late 90's early 2000's the Intense bikes were like the Commencal Supremes of today, if you were on one, your chances of doing well were increased greatly, they were that ahead...

double down and 28psi is the ticket for my fat ass. I ditched cuschore this year just to see if I could notice the difference, so far my FR560 is straight and dent free. You don't realize how much a cuschore saves your wheels until you take it off, it looks like a rat has been chewing on it, supposedly...

Couple of thoughts.. indirectly related to this thread. The problem we face is one of worry. Worry over the uncertainty of the quality of product and production of the live feed. How it showcases our sport to both us, the core audience and to the larger outside world. That is the fundamental issue. We shouldn't have to worry about it, in an ideal world we should automatically assume any change was made for the good, they chose Discovery because they presented a better tender and had a bigger brighter vision for the sport in the next 8 years. But because...

I hope everyone that made a complaint about the FREE redbull coverage over the years, wishes they did not. Redbull changed the entire landscape of DH and XC racing. Huge resurgence for both sports, in terms of viewership since Redbull got involved. They built hype, excitement and did it well. It is an incredibly hard sport to cover, logistically and they got better and better. UCI owes redbull a debt of gratitude. Too early to tell what will come of this, perhaps DiscoTV will lead us to a whole new audience? and that can be good. I just don't know...
