I don't want to be a dick about it but it still costs twice as much as a grip 2 fox 36. I remember when hope decided to knock thousands of pounds off their hb160 they refunded the difference to customers who'd paid the initial rrp, surely anyone who bought the message is going to feel burned given it's only been in the market for a matter of months. If you use that $1000 voucher for their next fork will you get another when they knock a third of the price off within months? Customer service own goal. Trust, ironic...

4/30/2019 1:11pm Technically you'd start with the Shred Dog frame and run a flush lower cup and a 29er fork set at 130-140mm.

4/30/2019 9:42am The new bikes from Guerrilla Gravity can be configured this way. Essentially you run the Shred Dog or Megatrail frame with the flush headset cup and shorten your 29er fork travel by 10-20mm.

Its probably cheaper/easier to do the bolt-on drop out, but they should really consider redesigning the swing arm to be solid with a dedicated 203 direct mount. Its the one thing that seems phoned-in on an otherwise really well sorted rig.

Its like the previous gen V-10 sizing problem. Reach numbers are short per size, and placed at odd spots. Large should go to 460mm, XL needs to be 490-500mm.

In which case all the comments and titles of “Two Shocks” would be inaccurate. Technically still only one shock “ie shock absorber” and a spring. Our common thought of what a Mtb shock is, has just been broken into two separate parts. They could add some really cool bottom out features into the upper assembly with all the freed up space. Thinking along the lines of the EXT HBC design.

My take is. The damper is based on the frame which is constant. The leverage ratio on the spring can be changed to suit the style track without effecting the frame leverage ratio on the damper. Actually really simple and very clever. Stock damper ? I don't the the spring carrier has anything in it or very little, or just a bump stop.
