I've seen the exact same thing in 40's multiple times as well - if you've cleaned, greased and torqued the bolts correctly then the only other thing I would try is tightening the headset further - that is a super common issue where there bearings don't have quite enough tension and causes a lot of issues so its worth a try.Tighten the preload enough to make the steering tight then back it off just enough that its smooth to turn again. It's really hard to overtighten a headset bearing but you would be surprised at how much movement and flex...

If you're at all familiar with the evolution of the drone industry over the last decade, you might have made the observation that DJI was to the commercial drone industry what Amazon was to the bookstore industry 15 or 20 years earlier. If you don't have a problem with a single Chinese vendor taking over 90% of all e-bike options, then I guess we just keep doing what we're doing. 1- MaxxTerra DHX DH casing should be in the next 1-2 months. Other pattern DH casings in Maxxterra in the fall, or end of year at latest. 2- the grade of nylon was changed for the new DH casing compared to DD. The ply overlap has also changed, DD has 4 layers under the tread in most locations, where the new DH has 6 layers consistently out to where the under tread overlap meets the sidewall protection. This ends up giving more under tread protection compared to the old 2x60tpi DH casing by around 30% in a plunger force test...

very, very biased opinion: Radials are typically a very linear stiffness tire vertically. They have low vertical and lateral stiffness. To get ridable lateral stiffness and keep away from rim strikes you typically have to crank the pressure which messes with the damping and rebound of the tire a bit especially at high speeds and high loads. Even at higher pressures the amount of sidewall support is typically limited. This typically results in a good slow speed tire, so for wet weather, natural roots, slower trail speeds are good, but this comes with the pretty significant penalties in high speed...
