4/21/2026 5:19am Very interesting to see that the new Demo run's 3 chains. The Highgear setup looks interesting. The service guide is online if anyone wants to take a look

9/10/2025 2:46am I experienced loads of chatter, but no real noise (not at Morzine but in the UK)

5/23/2025 1:35am Small nerd correction: what Orbea is doing is really smart because they can make the same (or more) number of SKUs but reduce their CAPEX (mold investments & tooling) significantly. Hypothetically, they can make 10 DH models and 10 Enduro models (lots of SKUs) but from a "single" mold investment and different metal links (reduced CAPEX). This is very challenging for Orbea because they have to essentially plan 2 different bikes in the same mold set up. More has to be figured out (compared to making separate DH and separate Enduro bikes) before they go to tooling. We do a...

5/22/2025 2:02am Thanks for the advice, I will try the light spring next. Its one section of trail that the chatter is really noticable

5/22/2025 2:01am With my riding and bike set up, I thought the lightest spring worked the best. From most people I’ve spoke to. They are on the lighter spring as well. I think another thing to remember is that the aren’t a cure all for chatter. They will work in certain areas, on certain trails reducing, certain frequencies.

5/21/2025 7:19am Still struggling to get along with my Rimpact TMD. Swapped to the harder springs but still find it really 'chattery' Going to back to back on the same trail to rule out headset or forks issue. Noticed in this video https://youtu.be/nYpi-M6LMp8?feature=shared that it looks like Troy is running one.

5/9/2025 6:16am I have been riding the same tracks to keep the tests consisten. The chatter I encountered was on one part of the track which was a steep fast chute, the other parts of the track I did not have the same feeling. Riding on Sunday so will see what the increase to the spring rate does.

5/9/2025 6:03am The Scott DH team are running them also. I have had one on my bike for a couple of months now. Initially it felt good, then I felt it was a bit 'chattery' so have gone up to the hard spring to see what difference that makes. It may have also been the TMD hitting the inside of the steerer...

4/4/2025 3:40am Ive been riding one 6 months, the initial feel is strange but soon get used to it. No issues on reliability, and its been muddy over winter in the UK. Bike feels really active with it fitted, nice and quiet. Chain ring is showing no signs or wear.
