Shameless promotion time. I sat down with Alan Milway (coach and Norco team manager) last week to chat about all the DH team moves and get this thoughts on them. Podcast version is live now here https://www.downtimepodcast.com/team-moves-2024/
Are there any major or even minor xc moves? I would assume most everyone was setup through 2024 due to Olympics
I'm not sure whether it's described as major, or minor, but Peter Sagan to Specialized Factory Racing.....
However, as you've suggested, none of the major teams have made any changes - any are likely to be for next season. And PFP has mentioned the possibility of a return to some road racing after the Paris Olympics; Ineos don't currently have a women's road team......
Except in the press release, Fabien says:

Except in the press release, Fabien says:
"“It is a great opportunity for our factory team to welcome Thibaut with his young age next to experienced riders like Troy and Luca. I have been following Thibaut's progression for many years, and his passion to win and determination are unmatched. I believe we have an incredibly strong team for 2024, and I deeply look forward to the coming season." - Fabien Barel, Canyon CLLCTV Team Mentor."
Watching the Downtime Podcast that was recently posted with Alan Milway has reminded me of Dante Silva
is he still on canyon CLLCTV or not? I see he’s still tagging them in recent posts on his IG and wearing a CLLCTV t-shirt on the podium at a recent US race
but the podcast only mentions Troy Luca and Thibault
and the team announcement only mentions the same 3
so where in the world is Carmen San Diego er I mean Dante Silva

I may still have missed a few or gotten something wrong so please chime in if that's the case!
What is with Propain Factory Racing? They actually wanted to come back in 2024 after the year break in 2023.
In the MUTN Podcast Martin Whiteley said, that he was in discussion with propain to manage the new propain dh team for 2024 and onwards, but it got postponed by propain and Martin committed to manage frameworks. So it's unlikely that there will be a team in 2024. But he also said that they have strong ambitions to have a strong team if they return to the world cups.
Only a few more days left before all teams need to be finalized right??
to recap, AG, Mark Wallace, Bulldog, Danny Hart haven’t announced anything official ...

which women haven’t signed yet? Or haven’t been announced
is Rachel Atheron gonna do any races this year?
saw a TS57 post this morning, a gym pic, she’s looking ripped and ready to go for May already lol
are we gonna see Tracy Hannah do any crankworx DH events or is she busy as a mom? Is she still team manager for NS?
1 more month to RedBull hardline NZ
A bit off topic, but can anyone explain Tahnee's 57 thing? Is she sponsored by Heinz?

Great listen!
Interesting to hear about the bike Danny’s been riding, surprised no one’s mentioned that yet…
Perhaps you would care to mention it...
Dissent? I'm sure i've seen a picture of him on a nukeproof somewhere. I'll dig it out!
We all hope your trolling the thread. Every one knows the dissent is Nukeproof dh rig….
where is Gwin going????? We are all dying
Some knuckle dragger in here’s gonna think he meant Danny’s on WTB now.
Be Cool Yolanda.

Morgane Jonnier extends with Rossi, doing multi day enduro races
Are we allowed to talk XC in here?
Yes, of course. You might be ignored, but yes, all mountain bikes are allowed.

Per the latest Downtime Joe Breeden now owns Intense Factory Racing.
Zoe Cuthbert (U21 XC and EDR rider from Australia) has picked up a ride on Jenny Rissveds Team 31 after a couple of years doing the privateer thing.
The fact that you didn't pick up on a Jolanda Neff reference proves that there is indeed, no room for XC talk in here.
Right over my head.
Jolanda had an Insta story up of her wrestling one of the guys, full headlocks and ground work. Anton just standing there laughing

Yes
bike on the ground looks like the old style forbiddens in the rear, dreadnought?
wouldn‘t he ride a supernought if he was on forbidden? maybe a loaner.
Dread for shred?
super for race ?
Bex riding a Scott from an insta reel
It’s the old resolute racing team which Mikayal Parton was on. (She’s back to being a full privateer) Owned by Oscar griffiths father
What is with Propain Factory Racing? They actually wanted to come back in 2024 after the year break in 2023.
With the increase in pricing on their bikes, I hope they'll fund a team !

I think that’s her favourite number but I could be way wrong
Can’t wait to seeing TS on the top of the podium this year
LEKKER!
